Yes. If you rent a car from any of Toyota Rent a Car Sapporo's shops, winter tires are considered standard equipment from Nov. to Apr. for free of charge.

All our cars have a AM/FM radio. Also, Bluetooth Receiver is embbed inside our newer-model cars' navigation system, which let you connect your mobile devices via Bluetooth with the car. 4WD improves traction in dangerous driving conditions, such as snow, ice, rocks, and other scenarios that can make control difficult. By engaging both sets of wheels, traction and control improves. Therefore, this option (Extra charge of 1,650JPY (10% tax included) /24 hrs. applies) is recommended particularly in the winter season of Hokkaido. You can specify a 4WD when making your reservation.
